Luke Bryan kicked off the weekend with a dance-worthy, summer anthem.
Bryan released “Country And She Knows It” on Friday (March 27). Songwriters Matt Dragstrem, Josh Miller and Parker Welling teamed up to write the single, which Bryan hopes will get concertgoers out of their seats at his run of shows throughout the year: “She country and she knows it/ Everybody in here does too/ Body like a river just rollin’/ Tall boots stepping like one, two, one two/ It don’t matter where she goin’/ Roots run deep but they can’t hide/ That girl’s country and show knows it/ And she knows she’s got this country boy tonight.” It was produced by Jeff Stevens, plus co-producers Jody Stevens and Dragstrem.
“As I gear up for touring season and summer I really wanted to focus on releasing a song that felt fun and energetic and the moment the writers sent this one I knew it was it,” Bryan said in a statement in a press release issued Friday morning. “I have always tried to have the mindset to wake up and approach every day as a good day so being able to share that way of life through my music is something I am honestly grateful for. Can’t wait to look out and see the crowds out of their seat and bonus if a little dancing is going on.”
Bryan will kick off his “Word On The Street Tour” — named after the single he released last month — with Drew Baldridge, Karley Scott Collins, Lanie Gardner, Randall King, Zach John King, Shane Profitt, RaeLynn, Lauren Watkins, Jake Worthington and DJ Rock on select dates. Bryan’s run of shows throughout the year will also include his annual “Farm Tour,” returning to the West Coast for the second consecutive year, and Alan Jackson’s star-studded, sold-out final show, “Last Call: One More for the Road – The Finale.”
Bryan is part of the star-studded lineup of the 2026 iHeartCountry Festival. The show also includes Carly Pearce, Kane Brown, Parker McCollum, Riley Green, Shaboozey, Dylan Scott, Russell Dickerson, Gretchen Wilson, Chase Matthew and Lauren Alaina. iHeartRadio's Bobby Bones is returning as the event’s host. The show will take place on May 2 at Moody Center in Austin, Texas. Tickets to the show are available as of January 23. Fans across the country will be able to catch all the action as the 2026 iHeartCountry Festival will be broadcast live across iHeartCountry stations nationwide and the free iHeartRadio app on Saturday, May 2nd at 8pm ET/5pm PT (7pm CT).
