Jana Kramer shared a heartfelt tribute to her husband, Scottish former soccer player Allan Russell, to celebrate his birthday. Russell turns 44 on Friday (December 13).
Kramer, who celebrated her 41st birthday earlier this month, shared photos on Instagram with Russell and the family. The sweet snapshots included Jolie, who turns 9 next month, and Jace, 6, Kramer’s two children from her previous marriage, and Roman, Kramer and Russell’s son they welcomed last year. Roman turned 1 in November. The family also includes Troy, Russell’s teen son from a previous relationship.
“Today we celebrate you,” Kramer wrote in her birthday tribute to Russell. “We are so grateful and lucky to have you in our life. Everyday you are always making sure everyone is happy but you can rest in that we always will be, because we have you. How you love, protect, and honor us is unlike anything I’ve ever known or felt….and watching you be a Dad to our kids is a gift to witness. When you get hard on yourself, I wish you could see what we see when we look at you, and have you feel what we feel because we are so proud of you …and love you beyond words... Happy birthday my love.”
The Whine Down with Jana Kramer podcast host made her red carpet debut with Russell at the 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards at Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, California (their most recent red carpet was at the iHeartRadio 102.7 KIIS FM's Jingle Ball at Intuit Dome earlier this month in Los Angeles, California). Kramer and Russell announced their engagement after about six months of dating, and soon afterward, shared that they were expecting a baby together. They got married in an intimate ceremony over the summer at Carnell Estate in Scotland. Russell said at the time that their wedding day was “the perfect day with my little warrior [Jana Kramer] who I can now proudly call my wife ❤️”
